Hi, my name is Judith..

Founder of Flowing Consciously.

Yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra guide, ceremonial cacao facilitator and space holder.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I’m deeply inspired by cyclical living, astrology and the rhythms of nature.

Seasonal transitions have always felt like sacred checkpoints in my life.

Moments to pause, reflect and consciously choose how I want to step into the next chapter.

Through yoga, meditation and ritual, I love creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and move in harmony with nature’s rhythm.

  • No, all practices are for all levels.

  • All session are available for replay.

  • The weekly yoga & meditation practice are 40-50 min in total every week. Each live is one hour. You choose when and were you do the recordings and how many times a week. (nog aan passen chat)

  • We start march 13 with an opening circle. You can join until 16.03 (week one). The journey ends april 3.
