Inner Cosmic Journey╶ Sri Lanka
A Retreat to Slow Down, Realign and Remember Your Natural Rhythm.
Early Bird Prices until 21/03/2026
7–13 December 2026
Ahangama, Sri Lanka
Life can make you forget about your connection to the natural rhythms of the world.
Life can make you forget the quiet pulse that connects you to everything around you.
In the rush of everyday life — from one appointment to the next, another deadline, another notification — it’s easy to drift away from the deeper rhythm of the world.
Your mind spins. You lose your sense of direction. The beauty of the present moment slips away as you get caught in the noise of doing.
And then — sometimes, just for a fleeting second — you remember.
That you are a tiny dot in an infinite Universe.
That you are made of stardust, of earth and water, of fire and breath.
That you are not separate from the greater whole — you are part of it.
What if you could slow down long enough to feel the rhythm of life moving through you again?
Inner Cosmic Journey is a sacred return to that remembering.
Why This Retreat Is For You
• You feel everything deeply — emotions, energy, the moods of others, even the shifting tides of the moon — and you long for tools to ground, cleanse and protect your energy.
• You crave a deeper sense of purpose and connection to something greater than yourself.
• You feel drawn to the moon, planets and unseen forces — and want to experience how they move through your body, not just understand them mentally.
• You long to reconnect with your natural rhythm — your cycle, your intuition, your body.
• You are in a season of change — ending something old, beginning something new — and you want to meet this turning point consciously.
• You feel ready to soften, surrender, and flow with the seasons of life.
• You are fascinated by energy, astrology, sound, movement and ancient wisdom.

Why Sri Lanka?
Sri Lanka is a country of incredible natural abundance. Lush green jungles, tropical landscapes, and fertile land provide fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables all year round. Being surrounded by this richness of nature naturally supports the body, the nervous system, and overall wellbeing.
On the south coast, the jungle and the ocean meet, creating a unique environment where you are constantly connected to the elements. Warm temperatures, ocean air, and daily contact with nature make it easy to slow down and reconnect with your body. Here, nature is not something you visit — it’s something you live alongside.
The Sri Lankan people are known for their warmth, kindness, and open hearts. Life moves at a slower pace, guided by connection, presence, and care for one another. There is a deep sense of humility and heart-led living that you can feel from the moment you arrive.
The tropical climate, colors, sounds, and simplicity of life invite the nervous system to soften. It is a place that naturally grounds you, while gently opening the heart.
Sri Lanka also has a long tradition of holistic wisdom, shaped by ancient practices such as Ayurveda and Buddhism, both rooted in living in harmony with nature and the cycles of life.
This island holds a very special place in our hearts. We have both lived here and experienced deep, transformative healing on this land. Sri Lanka didn’t just inspire this retreat — it shaped it.
About your Retreat Guides
Hello, we are Dorien and Judith!
We both are very passionate about what we do, really valuing the transformation and journey our guests go through and want to support and guide with love and compassion during every moment of the experience.
-
The founder of Flowing Consciously. We’re she guide people on a intuitive journey of rest, self-discovery, and deep connection through Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ceremonial Cacao, Meditation and Cyclical Living.Judith’s approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins with rest. When we slow down, we access the deeper layers of our consciousness—allowing us to release emotions, unblock energy, and reconnect with our intuition. Through this practice, we reclaim our authenticity, inner radiance, and power.
-
The founder of Return to Āyā, a movement that guides people back to their essence, health, success and wellness in life.Dorien calls herself an activist for a better world, by using her experience in teaching yoga, tantra, meditation and mindfulness to help people love and accept every part of themselves, also the parts we repress and hide away. Because self-love is at the base of developing healthy relationships, mental clarity and life purpose.
Since 16 years old, Dorien is on a quest to better understand her own challenging life situation, self-sabotaging patterns and what healthy relationships and communication looks like. This lead her to studying educational sciences, psychology and eventually to the path of yoga, tantra and meditation - which really filled the gaps she was looking for.
Her holistic knowledge background, allows Dorien to combine both the Western and Eastern point of views in her coaching, retreats, workshops and classes.
