The Spring Equinox is a natural turning point — a moment between seasons where we can pause before moving forward.

This journey is an invitation to honour that transition.

To reflect on what this winter has held, and gently open to what wants to grow next.

Over three weeks we move with the rhythm of the season.

Each week includes:

• A guided yoga practice

• A meditation or breath practice

• Journal prompts & small rituals

• A live circle to connect and reflect

This journey might be for you if you:

No experience with yoga or meditation is needed.

Founder of Flowing Consciously. Yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra Ceremonial Cacao faciliator and space holder.

A big fan of cyclical living. Lover of astrology

I created this journey because seasonal transitions have always felt like sacred checkpoints in my life.

Moments to pause, reflect and consciously choose how we step into the next chapter.

Through yoga, meditation and ritual I love creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and with nature’s rhythm.

  • No, all practices are for all levels.

  • All session are available for replay.

  • The weekly yoga & meditation practice are 40-50 min in total every week. Each live is one hour. You choose when and were you do the recordings and how many times a week. (nog aan passen chat)

  • We start march 13 with an opening circle. You can join until 16.03 (week one). The journey ends april 3.

This 3 week journey is a small pause before the new season begins.
